Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your retro jersey. If you change your mind, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- All original tags, labels, and protective packaging must still be attached and intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Strict Policy)
Due to the nature of customized apparel, we DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Jerseys printed with a custom name, player name, or custom numbers.
- Jerseys with specific league sleeve patches applied at your request.
- Gift cards.
Please double-check your sizing and spelling before ordering customized items.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email hello@jerseyeleven.shop with your Order Number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the Return Authorization and the designated return address.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank or credit card provider).
