1. Processing & Dispatch
- Standard Orders: Processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
- Customized/Printed Jerseys: Orders requiring specific player names, numbers, or sleeve patches require an additional 2-4 business days for professional application.
- You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order leaves our facility.

3. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to local customs inspections and import duties. Jersey eleven is not responsible for any additional taxes, customs fees, or import duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refusal to pay customs will result in the package being returned, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
4. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your tracking information has not updated for over 14 working days, please contact us immediately so we can launch an investigation with the courier.
